Accessibility statement

This statement applies to onboarding.simosphereai.com, operated by SIMO GmbH (HRB 15769 AG Aschaffenburg), Wuerzburger Strasse 152, 63743 Aschaffenburg, Germany. German version: Deutsch.

Conformance status

The site is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA and the harmonised European norm EN 301 549. The cross-surface audit conducted on 23 May 2026 documented 36 findings (5 critical, 11 serious). The onboarding surface is in scope of the German BFSG since 28 June 2025 because it is a public B2C entry point.

Non-accessible content

1. Colour contrast (WCAG 1.4.3): Light-mode CTAs rendered at 3.9:1 instead of 4.5:1. Fix shipped with this page.
2. Keyboard focus (WCAG 2.4.7): Faint focus indicator on a few glass-surface controls. Scheduled for the current sprint.
3. Forms (WCAG 3.3.2): The registration wizard lacks some step labels for screen readers, and error messages are not yet announced through live regions.
4. Name, role, value (WCAG 4.1.2): Several tab components and modal dialogs use unlabelled native buttons.
5. Motion (WCAG 2.3.3): Aurora backdrops honour prefers-reduced-motion; some micro-animations remain exempt.

Prepared on 23 May 2026. Based on a self-assessment by SIMO GmbH using EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (sections 9, 11.4, 12.1) and WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Reviewed at least annually and after every substantive change.
