What happens after the 14-day trial?
The trial rolls over into the chosen subscription. You can cancel anytime in the dashboard — we send a reminder three days before the trial ends.
Do I need Workspace and Sonar to start?
No. Both are optional add-ons you can book later. Personal and Freelancer are enough for API-only usage with the OpenAI-compatible endpoint.
What is BYOK?
Bring Your Own Key — you store your OpenAI / Anthropic / Google key sealed-encrypted, and SIMOSphere routes your requests with your key. The contractual relationship stays between you and the provider. Available from Professional.
How do I cancel?
One click in the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Data stays available for 30 days (GDPR cooldown), then is hard-deleted or exported.
